Friday January 23 ,2004 at Aprox. 13:00 hrs, at the Pointe-Claire plaza this was spoted (Photo to the right). It has since been called a legend or a myth, but me and my colleages beleuve otherwise. This is our story.
As me and my friends had just finished school and we're cruizing around with nothing to really do, we decided to grab something to eat or just to mess around in the Plaza. In the end we decided to grab some pizza and poutines from a nearby restaurant. We eat our meal and continued on about people and rat kids that infest our school. There was suddenly a certain denseness to the air but i looked around, and saw nothign. So I continued on with our conversation. Suddenly i notice my friend was silent with his mouth wide open and with almost a sense a fear in his eye. I turned about to see what he was looking at. That when i came face to face with "Doodles". I peered into its darkened eyes, I started into its craked face, its overapplied lipstick that covered aleast 1 inch of skin in off her lips. And i watched take a seat at the table across from us. It looked with so dreadful. We wondered : Is it a man.. or a woman. a beast or leprechaun? But we coudn't stare long enough at the creature without being horrified.We wanted to take a picture but we didn't have our cameras. And at last it evaded our grasps...
From that day forth we started our jokes about the ugliness of people of our school, the Pointe-Claire Plaza and the buses. And that is how it was in the beggining.
All of this was true. No names have been changed from the protection of the ugly.
